The NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025, held from August 6 to 11 at Bhrikutimandap Exhibition Hall in Kathmandu, is Nepal's first dedicated automobile and mobility event organized by the Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA).

The event featured participation from over 50 national and international automobile brands, including 21 car brands, 18 motorcycle and scooter brands, and 8 light commercial vehicle brands. A total of 35 new vehicles, including cars and motorcycles, were officially launched during the expo.

The expo attracted a diverse crowd of visitors, including automobile enthusiasts, government officials, traders, diplomatic staff, and the general public, with attendance numbers peaking at over 21,500 visitors in one day, as per the organizer.

Beyond showcasing vehicles, the event featured multiple knowledge-sharing sessions led by national and international experts, who discussed future mobility trends, road safety, and innovations in the automotive sector.

Banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, and various corporate partners participated, offering support and attractive deals for vehicle buyers.

NAIMA collaborated with various partners for ride discounts, medical services, and ticketing, and promoted engagement through an online video competition with cash prizes related to the expo. The event not only served as a major platform for vehicle launches and business networking but also as a movement to inspire sustainable and inclusive mobility in Nepal’s transportation sector. 

The NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025 promoted green energy and sustainability, putting Nepal at the forefront of eco-friendly transportation innovation. By showcasing a wide range of electric and hybrid vehicles, alongside cutting-edge sustainable mobility solutions, the expo highlighted the nation’s commitment to reducing carbon emissions and building a cleaner, greener future. 

Through this platform, NAIMA facilitated Nepal’s transition toward sustainable transport, strengthening innovation, inclusivity, and the vital role of green energy in shaping the country’s mobility sector.
